Meet Dr. Giannina Galliani

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Giannina GallianiDr. Galliani received her doctorate training in Lima, Peru at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. After completing dental school, she worked in private practice in Peru for a year. In 2002 - 2003 she received postgraduate training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Upon completion of the program in Minnesota, she continued her postgraduate training with an additional year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland where she received special training in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Galliani added a two-year pediatric dental specialty training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2006. At Johns Hopkins Hospital, she received training in interdisciplinary care on the cleft lip and palate team. She also completed a two-year Pediatric Dental Fellowship at the University of Maryland, treating her own pediatric patients, and teaching pediatric dentistry to both undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. Dr. Galliani has been in private practice at a pediatric dental office in Southern Maryland for the last 6 years and is now practicing in Northern Virginia. Dr. Galliani has been practicing in private practice since 2008.

Dr. Galliani enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling. Dr. Galliani resides in Falls Church with her family.

Dr. Galliani has a passion for her profession as a pediatric dentist, providing exceptional dental care for children and trying her best to meet their individual needs. Dr. Galliani is gentle and caring and wants her patients to look forward to their next appointment.




Meet Dr. Emily Rosenberg

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Rosenberg Dr. Rosenberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Olaf College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. She went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and graduated with high distinction. She is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. She completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. She received training in caring for patients with special health care needs, trauma, hospital dentistry and interdisciplinary care on the cleft lip and palate team.

Licenses and Professional Affiliations:

Dr. Rosenberg is thrilled to be practicing in Northern Virginia. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading. She values giving back and has volunteered on dental mission trips in Peru, Panama, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Rosenberg is committed to providing compassionate care for children. She strives to make visiting the dentist a fun and positive experience and in doing so, help her patients build the foundation for lifelong oral health.


Meet our Office Manager

Office Manager MeghanMeghan is originally from the Chicago area, but moved to Northern Virginia with her family at a young age. A proud product of local NoVa public schools, she went on to study history at Longwood University in Farmville, VA. After college, she went on to work for both her alma mater and for James Madison University in hospitality management from 2008-2014. After a rewarding and successful stint at two of Virginia’s major universities, Meghan sought to return to the Northern Virginia area, and had an opportunity to begin her career in insurance and claims management in Manassas, VA where she worked from 2014-2021.
Meghan has enjoyed being a member of the Growing Smiles team since 2021, where she currently serves as Office Manager. She lives locally in Falls Church, spending her free time with her family, friends, and her dog, Clark. Her hobbies include travel, baking, reading, watching hockey, and being a passionate and lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
